2025 ARLA Achievement Awards​

Rental Renovation of the year - over $250,000 
The Rental Renovation Award over $250,000 recognizes a company who demonstrated excellence in enhancing the appeal of the lobby, exterior, common areas or suites of the property and/or changes to benefit the property.   Entries will be judged on the visual appeal based on a comparison of the before and after of the space, layout and aesthetics.
