Due to the postal strike, we want to inform you about our mail services:
To ensure you receive your package promptly, we recommend exploring alternative arrangements for mail delivery until this situation is resolved.
- If you are able to pick up your parcel, please contact the office to ensure we are there. Please note we are closed from December 24, 2024 to January 2, 2025. - If you are within the City of Edmonton we will courier your package to you at the stated shipping amount if you are unable to pick it up. - If you are outside the city limits, we ask that you send a courier of your choice to pick up your order and place your order by contacting the office. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Shipping does not include a tracking number. Tracking will come at an additional cost. Please contact the office prior to your order so we can ensure your package will have a tracking number.
No Returns or Refunds shall be issued: Exchanges will only be honored under the following criteria:
Items sent out were incorrect.
Recipient must return incorrect order to ARLA within 15 days from original date of purchase along with copy of Sales Receipt. Upon receipt of returned goods and Sales Receipt, ARLA will correct the order and mail out absorbing the postage cost to re-mail.
Any items returned should be in the original packaging and in sale-able condition.
ARLA is not responsible for flawed or damaged packaging caused in transit by Canada Post (see delivery standards noted above).
