Delivery & Standards 

Important Notice: Delivery may take longer given the scheduling of Canada post. ​

Shipping Rates are calculated as followed:

$1.00 - $25.00         $10.00 shipping
$25.00- $50.00        $15.00 shipping 
$50.00 - $100.00     $25.00 shipping
$100 +                        $35.00 shipping

Shipping does not include a tracking number. Tracking will come at an additional cost. Please contact the office prior to your order so we can ensure your package will have a tracking number.

No Returns or Refunds shall be issued:
Exchanges will only be honored under the following criteria:
  • Items sent out were incorrect.  
  • Recipient must return incorrect order to ARLA within 15 days from original date of purchase along with copy of Sales Receipt.  Upon receipt of returned goods and Sales Receipt,  ARLA will correct the order and mail out absorbing the postage cost to re-mail.  
  • Any items returned should be in the original packaging and in sale-able condition.
  • ARLA is not responsible for flawed or damaged packaging caused in transit by Canada Post (see delivery standards noted above).
