Why Join?
ARLA offers tremendous benefits and ensures its members are well informed with respect to government legislation, market trends, education and networking opportunities. We have an array of professional landlord forms and notices available for purchase, to help streamline and standardize rental housing business practices for all landlords in Alberta. Our membership is comprised of the Property Management sector, from small end to large end owners/operators, public sector and not for profit associations as well as the Service Industry. Currently we have over 300 members comprised of both Professional Members and Preferred Service Members. The more members ARLA represents the stronger the Voice of the Residential Rental Industry will have with respect to issues affecting the Multi Family Rental Industry. We continue to support our membership by seeking out further members that can help support the industry. We continue to stay informed and up to date on all levels of government and the issues that will affect the multi family industry. We continue to advocate with these governments on the behalf of our membership. We continue to seek further benefits that will bring our members together to support each other. We continue to support our members with their concerns and issues. During COVID-19 we ensured our membership was kept up to date on all issues. ARLA worked with the government during this time regarding support for Landlords and Tenants during the State of Public Health Emergency. We were able to partake in numerous conference calls and meetings to discuss our concerns. It is through the support of our Members that we can offer so much valuable information and services to the Residential Rental Industry in Edmonton and across Alberta. |
